Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 5+ years of senior technology leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading enterprise technology strategy and transformation.
• Experience with IT governance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems integration, and vendor management.
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.
• Experience in property management, real estate, or a multi-site service organization preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees and industry certifications are a plus.

Salary
