Job summary

Cara Collective seeks a Chief Impact Officer to guide program delivery across Cara, Cleanslate, and Cara Plus. You will lead the Impact Team and ensure participant preparation, placement, and long-term success, while aligning services with employer needs and market demands.

As a member of the Executive Team, you will drive strategic leadership, data-informed decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to advance Cara’s mission and social impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading direct service programs with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to develop and iterate programmatic strategy and curricula.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, recruitment, social-emotional learning, career coaching, and job placement.
• Lead strategic planning and execution across Cara, Cleanslate, and Cara Plus.
• Manage relationships with employers, donors, and external partners to advance program impact.
