Our client, a premier professional services and real estate enterprise based in the Brewerytown section of North Philadelphia, is seeking a strategic, business-minded Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

This executive will take a key seat at the executive leadership table, serving as a trusted strategic advisor to the President/CEO while transforming the HR organization into a proactive engine of growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership & Strategy: Elevate HR from tactical operations to a business-driven growth partner. Align people strategy with corporate financial and operational goals.
• Risk & Enterprise Protection: Protect organizational assets, culture, and intellectual property. Oversee compliance, employment law, non-competes, and wrongful termination prevention.
• Team Management: Direct a 9-person HR department (5 direct reports) spanning L&D, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Payroll & Benefits.
• Workforce Development: Drive attraction, training, and retention strategies across a diverse workforce (Corporate Developers, IT, Accounting) and field property teams (Regional/Site Managers, Leasing Agents).

Key Requirements

• Proven HR Leadership: Track record of driving HR transformation and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Cross-Functional Background: Hands-on experience or working knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Finance is highly desirable.
• Seat-at-the-Table Mindset: Strong executive presence with a clear history of advising C-suite leadership.
• Schedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote in the Philadelphia area.
