Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required; MSN/MBA or related field preferred.
• Five years in healthcare management with senior leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hospital operations, clinical, ancillary, and support departments.
• Directs strategic planning and ensures alignment with quality goals.
• Manages budget, licensure, and regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Leads governance, policy development, and patient safety initiatives.
