Liberty Home Care and Hospice is seeking an experienced Vice President of Hospice Services in Wilmington, NC. This executive will guide hospice operations, supervise Clinical Directors, and drive strategic growth while ensuring financial health and quality care across regions.

Responsibilities include planning, regulatory compliance, community partnerships and performance metrics. The role requires a Master’s in healthcare or a clinical license, plus 5+ years in post-acute healthcare leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare or clinical license required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in health care management in post-acute industry.
• Strong organizational, time-management and confidentiality skills.
• Analytical, cross-functional problem solving and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates hospice services operating plans reflecting clinical, financial and growth objectives.
• Provides supervision to Clinical Directors and makes hiring/firing decisions for direct reports.
• Responsible for overall organization and financial management of hospice and program.
• Promotes the company in the community and with state/national organizations.
• Directs agency administration, market development and quality of care delivery.
