Job summary

Coro California is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to design and scale a statewide revenue and partnerships engine. You will lead external partnerships while building scalable revenue systems to increase impact across California.

You will report to the President & CEO, manage two VPs, and collaborate with senior leaders to align revenue targets with organizational strategy and budgets. This role requires a data-driven, growth-oriented leader with deep fundraising and partnership experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in fundraising, sales, or partnerships within mission-driven organizations.
• Proven ability to close or tee up 6–7 figure gifts and manage $5M+ annual portfolios.
• Experience designing multi-channel revenue strategies and building scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and partnership strategy to achieve growth goals.
• Supervise and collaborate with VP Growth and VP Development to align revenue targets with budgets.
• Design and implement statewide revenue systems connecting fundraising, partnerships, sponsorships, and earned income.
• Drive CRM adoption, data governance, and cross-functional alignment.
