Qualifications

• Leadership experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or growth within edtech, K-12 districts, or high-impact non-profits.
• Proven ability to manage and coach mission-driven teams.
• Ability to bridge gaps between school district leadership and philanthropic funders.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the organization’s business development strategy.
• Oversee partnerships and ensure active participation in research agenda.
• Manage and coach the Partnership Team of 2–3 people.

Skills

Leadership experience in business development

Proven track record of building complex partnerships
