Job summary

XRHealth is seeking a visionary VP of Marketing to lead strategy and execution as the digital health platform scales across clinical, payer, and consumer channels. You will own product marketing, demand generation, and brand storytelling while partnering with Sales and Product teams to translate clinical outcomes into compelling market narratives.

You will drive multi-channel campaigns, build and mentor a high-performing team, and ensure regulatory compliant communications in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing with at least 4+ in a senior leadership role.
• Proven growth track record in B2C and B2B2C environments, preferably healthtech.
• Strong healthcare industry familiarity and regulatory awareness.
• Expertise across product marketing, demand generation and brand management.
• Data-driven decision making and storytelling skills.
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute XRHealth's global marketing strategy across clinical, payer, and consumer channels.
• Lead product marketing, demand generation, and brand storytelling to drive growth.
• Develop demand programs, oversee budgets, and manage external partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Clinical teams to align messaging and goals.
• Represent XRHealth at industry events and ensure regulatory compliant communications.
