Job summary

Lunt Associates Insights Firm in Cincinnati seeks a full-time MARKET RESEARCH & STRATEGY leader to shape the next chapter of this woman-owned firm. This is a hands-on, client-facing executive role focusing on growing priority accounts, developing the team, and guiding firm performance from Cincinnati with some travel.

The Leader will work closely with current leaders to deepen client partnerships, build new opportunities, and set the strategic direction for the firm’s growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in market research, consumer insights, and strategic consulting.
• Substantial healthcare-insights experience with medical-device, pharma or healthcare clients.
• Proven ability to establish credibility with senior clients and provide a consultative view on research and business decisions.
• Broad fluency across qualitative, quantitative, strategic, brand, customer engagements.
• Demonstrated success building senior client relationships, expanding accounts, and delivering growth.
• Experience leading teams, developing people, and navigating organizational change.
• Strong commercial and operating judgment including pricing, margins, and capacity planning.
• Willingness to relocate to the Cincinnati area.

Responsibilities

• Deepen and expand relationships with priority healthcare, medical-device, and CPG clients.
• Identify and develop selective new-business opportunities aligned with capabilities and margins.
• Develop and execute a growth-and-capacity plan with the CEO and President.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team while cultivating next-generation leaders.
• Clarify accountability, decision-making, and operating discipline across the firm.
• Oversee client selection, pricing, project economics, and long-term growth choices.
• Preserve Lunt’s values, relationships, and quality while guiding thoughtful change.
