Qualifications

• Two years of professional fundraising experience and a track record of building donor relationships.
• Engaging communicator with strong strategic planning, project management, budgeting, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead fundraising strategies, budgets, revenue forecasts, and goals.
• Grow annual giving, major gifts, grants, sponsorships, planned giving, and partnerships.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors through authentic, long-term relationships.
• Lead fundraising events from vision through execution and evaluation.
• Guide donor communications, marketing, storytelling, social media, and PR.
• Represent Kids FIRST at donor meetings, community events, and speaking engagements.
• Lead and support development staff, volunteers, interns, and consultants.
