Job summary

Viking Electric, part of the Sonepar group, seeks a Vice President of Strategic Marketing in Minneapolis to drive enterprise marketing, digital sales, and commercial enablement. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, digital commerce, sales enablement, customer experience, or related business functions.
• Proven success developing and executing growth strategies in complex business environments.
• Experience leading digital transformation, customer engagement, organizational change, and process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a solutions-based marketing strategy spanning brand positioning, customer engagement, demand generation, market awareness, and measurement of marketing effectiveness.
• Lead Digital Sales strategy and performance, including eCommerce, digital customer engagement, online growth initiatives, customer adoption, and omnichannel capabilities.
• Provide leadership for Sales Support and commercial enablement, ensuring sales teams have tools and resources to improve customer growth and productivity.
• Partner with Sales to optimize the enterprise customer experience using voice-of-customer insights and journey analysis.
• Establish customer segmentation, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insight processes to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and develop a high-performing Strategic Marketing organization and contribute to enterprise strategy, transformation, and talent development.
• Perform assigned duties professionally and ethically following Viking Electric policies.
