• Direct enterprise purchasing and supplier relationship strategies.
• Negotiate supplier agreements to improve service, availability, and profitability.
• Develop pricing governance and analytics to balance growth and margins.
• Lead category management to maximize sales, profitability, and market share.
• Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to align strategies with goals.
• Build a high-performing supply chain organization through coaching and accountability.
• Contribute to enterprise strategy and annual business planning as an executive team member.
