Job summary

TR Miller Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking an experienced Director of Growth & Customer Operations to unite Marketing, Call Center, Inside Sales, and Customer Experience at our Bolingbrook site. This executive role focuses on building a data-driven growth engine that improves the entire customer journey from lead generation to completed service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across multiple business functions and customer operations.
• Proven experience leading multiple departments or cross-functional teams within a growing organization.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, strategic planning, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align Marketing, Call Center, Inside Sales, and Customer Experience to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Develop leaders in Marketing, Call Center, Inside Sales, and Customer Experience with accountability and collaboration.
• Design and implement dashboards and KPI scorecards to improve conversion, efficiency, satisfaction, and profitability.
• Own budgets, metrics, and strategic planning across customer acquisition and operations.
