Formación

• 12+ years nonprofit development and fundraising leadership.
• Proven track record closing major gifts at six- and seven-figure levels.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking and budget management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; public speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Set multi-year fundraising revenue goals and lead the team.
• Oversee major gifts, planned giving, foundations, and corporate grants.
• Develop payer-facing value propositions and partnerships.
• Lead branding, marketing, and communications to support fundraising.
• Present bi-monthly fundraising dashboards to CEO and Board.
