Job summary

You will oversee donor stewardship, partnerships with foundations and corporations, and the development of growth-focused campaigns while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Significant leadership in fundraising strategy and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure major gifts, annual, recurring, and planned giving.
• Oversee donor stewardship, pipeline development, and recognition programs.
• Provide strategic leadership for communications, marketing, and external relations.
• Collaborate with CEO and Board to advance philanthropic priorities and governance.
• Lead fundraising systems, data analytics, and performance reporting.
