Job summary

The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Strategy & Governance Analyst to join a hybrid Pentagon-based team. You will connect installation maintenance to strategic policy, governance, and modernization efforts to strengthen readiness and asset management while supporting enterprise Civil Engineer Operations.

U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE are required; five or more years in Air Force/DoD programs preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Five (5) or more years of experience supporting Air Force or Department of Defense programs.
• Experience coordinating audits, inspections, or compliance programs.
• Strong briefing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and sustainment of enterprise Civil Engineer Operations strategic initiatives and programs.
• Advance initiatives through governance, policy development, stakeholder coordination, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain governance documents including policies, procedures, and action plans.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable implementation activities bridging installation-level operations with enterprise strategy.
• Coordinate with Headquarters Air Force, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, and DoD agencies to implement strategy and standards.
• Lead audit, inspection responses, corrective action plans, and status updates for senior leadership.
