Job summary

The United States Space Force Headquarters Space Force Command (HQSF) in Arlington, VA seeks an Installation Support Division Chief to oversee base operating support and installation management for diverse GSUs. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, shape enterprise basing decisions, and ensure mission readiness across the globe.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of senior leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree with a Master’s preferred, and deep knowledge of BOS, ISSAs, and protection

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of progressive senior leadership experience at group or wing level.
Experience directing multi-disciplinary installation operations and multi-million-dollar budgets.
Knowledge of enterprise protection programs and core BOS functions.
Experience developing inter-service agreements and sustaining GSUs in austere environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the installations division and BOS operations at scale.
Drive enterprise basing decisions and resource stewardship.
Navigate inter-service support agreements and ISSAs.
Oversee a diverse team of military and civilian professionals.
Ensure resiliency, protection, and mission-ready support worldwide.
