The Vice President of Trade Compliance at The TJX Companies, Inc. leads global importing and supply chain security programs, directing governance of trade laws and regulations across U.S. divisions.

This senior role partners across teams and government authorities to mitigate regulatory risk while optimizing cross-border logistics. Candidates should bring 10+ years in regulatory compliance, CBP broker experience preferred, and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven history of auditing programs and regulatory filings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with government agency filings and cross-border logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance of compliance internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance with U.S. and global trade regulations.
• Lead risk management to identify and manage regulatory risk.
• Embed trade compliance into TJX cross-border logistics workflows.
• Engage with government importing agencies and external counsel.
• Maintain awareness of best-in-class trade compliance systems and processes.
