Vestis® is a premier provider of uniforms and workplace solutions. We seek a Vice President of Procurement to lead global sourcing, optimize a $1B–$1.5B annual spend, and build resilient supplier networks.

You will drive cost-mitigation strategies, negotiate high-value contracts, and advance digital procurement tools. This executive role requires deep TCO, global trade expertise, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Finance required; MBA preferred.
• 12–15 years in procurement/supply chain with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record managing $500M+ spend in a multi-billion enterprise.
• Certifications CPSM/CSCP/MCIPS highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing across direct and indirect spend.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate vendor capacity, quality, and risk.
• Lead high-value contract negotiations for savings.
• Build resilient, diversified supplier networks.
• Mentor and scale procurement leadership team.
• Drive digital procurement tools, AI, and analytics adoption.
• Align procurement with CFO/COO and business units.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ESG adherence.
