Job summary

OCtech Foundation seeks an Executive Director and Dean of Marketing to lead fundraising, donor relations, and strategic marketing initiatives for OCtech. The role requires engaging donors, managing campaigns, and guiding the Foundation and Marketing team to support the college’s mission.

The ideal candidate combines fundraising excellence with strategic marketing leadership and a track record of partnership building with Board members, donors, and the college community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with proven experience in major gifts or donor relations, or a combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree and at least five years of senior-level management experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the technical college system and institutional planning, development, and marketing.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills; ability to direct development and marketing activities.
• Ability to establish cooperative working relations with faculty, staff, business, industry, and community.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination to raise financial resources for the College Foundation.
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for the college in the community and region.
• Manage the Foundation and Marketing department operations.
