A leading hotel in Las Vegas is seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional customer service during guest registration and checkout. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and multitasking skills, with at least one year of experience in a customer service role. Responsibilities include processing guest transactions, assisting with inquiries, and supervising team members, all while maintaining a positive attitude. This position promises dynamic daily interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Provides excellent customer service to guests during registration and checkout. Coordinates essential Front Desk responsibilities to ensure accurate guest registration. Collaborates with the Hotel Training Manager to train new desk clerks. Completes daily reports promptly and assists Front Desk staff with questions or issues. Supports the Hotel Manager by providing feedback and maintaining a positive work environment. Keeps to the daily break schedule and adheres to attendance, departmental, and company policies.

Essential Requirements:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Experience: At least one year of customer service experience; supervisory experience preferred. Hotel, reservations, or PBX experience a plus. College degree preferred.
Abilities: Strong communication skills, team player, well-groomed appearance, flexible schedule.
