Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in contact center, franchise support, or centralized care.
• Minimum of 5 years leading managers or multi-level teams.
• Experience supporting a franchised or multi-unit model strongly preferred.
• Background in process improvement, knowledge management, or technology enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year strategy for the Franchise Support Center aligned to franchisee success.
• Lead and develop the management team; oversee succession planning and growth.
• Oversee budget, cost center management, and ensure service quality.
• Partner with HQ functions to remove barriers and improve the Franchisee experience.
