• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in finance, preferably in technology, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong experience in financial planning, reporting, and capital raising.
• Understanding global financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with investors and managing funding processes.
• Analytical, detail-focused, and highly organized.
• Strong leadership with clear communication and decision-making skills.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and disciplined Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead Exoben’s global financial operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, capital raising, reporting, and overall financial management of the company.

You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to support decision-making, manage risk, and ensure the company remains financially strong as it grows.

You will also lead investor relations and play a key role in funding strategies, including private placements and future public market opportunities.

This is a critical leadership role that combines strategy, control, and execution.

You understand global financial regulations and compliance requirements.

You have experience working with investors and managing funding processes.

You are analytical, detail-focused, and highly organized.

You are a strong leader with clear communication and decision-making skills.
