DealHub Ltd in York, PA, seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead finance, accounting, treasury, FP&A, capital strategy, and technology initiatives. You will report to the President and drive growth while shaping financial strategy for a private real estate development and property management firm.

The role requires 15+ years in finance leadership, real estate experience, and a track record of transforming finance functions and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• CPA, MBA, or advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience as CFO
• Significant commercial real estate experience
• Strong background in capital markets, investment analysis, and strategic planning
• Proven success leading organizational growth and finance transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on financial strategy and business growth
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis
• Oversee debt management, cash flow, capital planning, and banking relationships
• Evaluate acquisitions, development projects, and investment opportunities
• Drive ERP implementation and finance process improvements
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting, and organizational scalability
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: York, PA

Compensation: $200,000-$250,000 base + 20% bonus potential

A privately held real estate development and property management company near York, PA is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the President, the CFO will lead finance, accounting, treasury, financial planning, capital strategy, and technology transformation initiatives while supporting the organization’s continued growth.

Chief Financial Officer Key Responsibilities
