Qualifications

• Significant CFO leadership experience in Cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Proven IPO and Public company experience.
• Experience leading global financial organizations in high-growth environments.
• Strong commercial finance and FP&A expertise.
• Experience operating internationally across multiple entities.
• Exposure to complex business transformation and/or M&A.
• Strong strategic and analytical capability.

Wenham Carter is conducting a retained search for a Chief Financial Officer to join an established, rapidly growing Cyber business entering an exciting new phase. This is an opportunity to join a highly successful business at an important inflection point and play a significant role in shaping its next chapter of IPO readiness.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially minded finance CFO who can operate as a true partner to the CEO and leadership team, while bringing the structure, discipline and insight required to support continued international growth.

The CFO will have broad influence across the business, helping strengthen financial operations, improve performance visibility and build the capabilities required for the company's next stage.
