• Collaborate with system leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and both short- and long-term strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide proactive financial leadership to hospital managers, directors, and executives, fostering accountability, transparency, and active participation in key decision-making.
• Ensure full compliance with financial, regulatory, and reporting requirements, including adherence to healthcare-specific regulations and standards.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive financial turnaround or stabilization initiatives
