Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

We’re seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and guide the financial success of company. This role is key to shaping the future of our organization and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do:

As CFO, you’ll lead and manage all aspects of our financial operations, including:

• Overseeing Accounting, Reimbursement, Managed Care, Health Information, and Utilization Review departments
• Collaborating closely with the CEO, Division CFO, COO, and CNO to align financial strategies with hospital goals
• Leading budget planning, cost control initiatives, and financial forecasting
• Analyzing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and new revenue streams
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including government-required filings and third-party cost reports
• Supporting strategic planning through data-driven insights and financial modeling
• Managing audits, contract reviews, and maintaining charge master integrity
• Driving process improvements, productivity analysis, and compliance with accounting standards and healthcare regulations

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader in a healthcare or hospital setting
• Deep understanding of hospital finance, revenue cycle, reimbursement models, and third-party payors
• Strong command of GAAP, compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Executive-level communication and leadership skills
• Demonstrated success in cost management, budgeting, and operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred)
