Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and drive the company’s financial strategy.
• Align financial planning with business objectives, ensuring long-term value creation.
• Evaluate growth initiatives, capital projects, and strategic partnerships.
• Mentor and lead finance, accounting, and compliance teams.
  
  

Investment, Fundraising, and Capital Strategy

• Lead capital raising efforts including private equity, venture capital, and strategic funding.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Develop and execute investment and M&A strategies to support expansion goals.
• Own investor communications, reporting, and due diligence processes.
  
  

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Oversee financial forecasting, modeling, and budgeting.
• Deliver business-critical insights through data analysis and performance tracking.
• Present financial performance and projections to the board and stakeholders.
  
  

Accounting, Compliance & Controls

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant standards.
• Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and regulators.
• Establish and enforce internal controls, policies, and financial procedures.
  
  

Risk Management

• Identify and manage financial risks related to expansion, operations, and investment.
• Build risk mitigation frameworks that scale with business complexity.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• CPA and/or MBA (Finance) from a top-tier institution.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including:
• Investment banking, private equity, or venture capital experience.
• Proven fundraising track record (PE/VC rounds, strategic investors).
• M&A, due diligence, and integration experience.
• Experience in healthcare or data/tech-enabled environments strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in building finance teams and systems from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of financial operations, compliance frameworks, and strategic planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
