We’re global, with teams across London, Gibraltar and Miami Beach. Now we’re scaling in the United States and beyond.

We want someone to rethink how finance works here.

You’ll work directly with me, own the group’s finances and lead the finance team. Bring clarity to the numbers, untangle the legacy setup and build something smarter. International accounts, cash management, company structures, tax efficiency and compliance. You know your way around the complexity and how to simplify it.

You’re professionally qualified, commercially sharp and genuinely AI-native. Claude isn’t something you’re “exploring.” You’re already using it. You know a small, excellent team with the right tools can achieve extraordinary things without compromising accuracy or control.

You’ll also help build our venture capital arm, backing frontier technology and AI-native businesses. Think SpaceX, Anduril and the next generation of founders building ambitious companies with remarkably small teams.

Your background might be gaming, tech, hospitality or a cruise line. What matters is your judgement, curiosity and willingness to get hands-on.
