Job summary

Melo Interactive is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and operations for a growing gaming studio. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

You will collaborate with leadership on strategic decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and scale finance operations as we expand. The role demands 10+ years finance, 5+ in leadership, CPA/CFA/MBA preferred, gaming/tech experience,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance experience with 5+ in leadership roles.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Experience in gaming, tech, or high-growth startup environments.
• Strong understanding of revenue models and digital monetization.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven track record of scaling finance operations.

• Experience with Roblox or gaming industry financials
