• Experience partnering with operations to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership for the hospital.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and financial reporting.
• Oversee accounting, revenue cycle, cash management, internal controls, and compliance.
• Partner with executive and operational leaders to improve financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop financial strategies that support organizational goals and sustainable growth.
• Analyze key performance indicators and provide actionable financial insights.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous CFO or senior finance leadership experience in an acute care hospital or behavioral health setting strongly preferred.
• Behavioral health experience highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of hospital finance, reimbursement, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated success partnering with operations to improve financial and operational performance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
