  • Assess and manage financial and business risks while maintaining appropriate risk-management practices.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Help build scalable financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities as the organization grows.
  • Participate actively in executive leadership discussions and contribute to the organization’s broader strategy and direction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, or other advanced credential is preferred.
  • Significant progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership, including experience at the executive or senior leadership level.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, accounting principles, cash management, and financial reporting.
  • Experience developing and executing financial strategies in a growing or complex organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and operational information and turn it into actionable business recommendations.
