A leading company in the confectionery industry is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their executive team in Denver. The CFO will be responsible for developing financial strategies, managing IT performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires a results-driven leader with a strong background in finance and a commitment to continuous improvement. The position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring three days on-site each week.

We are excited to announce we are hiring for a Chief Financial Officer.
We are seeking a results-driven candidate for the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team and reports to the Chief Executive Officer(CEO). The CFO is responsible for developing and leading complex financial and operational strategies across company departments. The CFO works closely with the CEO to budget and track the company performance. The CFO is instrumental in providing short- and long-term direction involving capital and operating expenditures, Information Technology and Real Estate. This role requires someone passionate about consumer goods and retail and continuous growth of business and people. The candidate must demonstrate a strong aptitude for fiscal management, continuous improvement of sales and profitability and ensure efficiencies across the company. We offer a hybrid-remote workplace, and this role is required to be on-site in our Denver office three days per week.

Compensation
The CFO is a full-time position offering competitive compensation commensurate with the level of responsibilities described above, including an annual bonus opportunity and attractive benefits package.
