Job summary

Vision Search Partners LLC is recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer position with our client, a federally designated Community Action Agency serving the Lower Naugatuck Valley. The CFO will oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, grants compliance, and audit activities to support mission delivery.

Ideal candidates will have extensive financial leadership experience in regulated environments with grant accounting, a focus on internal controls, and the ability to leverage technology
