This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take a highly visible leadership position with a growing, privately held organization that is expanding rapidly. Reporting directly to the owners, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will have a genuine voice in the direction of the business and the opportunity to influence financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and long-term financial plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cash-flow management, and performance analysis.
• Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial packages, including balance sheet and income statement reporting.
• Establish and enhance financial controls, accounting policies, procedures, and risk-management practices in accordance with US GAAP.
• Advise ownership and executive management on the financial implications of strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead relationships with banks, auditors, insurance providers, investors, and other financial partners.
• Oversee tax filings, annual audits, regulatory requirements, and corporate financial reporting.
• Lead and develop the accounting team while driving improvements in financial and operational processes.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will bring 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including significant experience already operating as a CFO or equivalent senior financial leader. An accounting-first background is important, with strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, taxation, corporate finance, FP&A, and cash management. Manufacturing experience is highly desirable, particularly where the CFO has been involved in connecting financial performance with real-world operational planning and production decisions. A CPA or MBA is preferred.
