Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization as a strategic business partner to the CEO, leadership team, owners, lenders, and Board. The ideal candidate will bring proven manufacturing finance leadership, strong cash flow and working capital management, and robust forecasting and financial reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven CFO or senior finance executive experience in manufacturing.
• Enterprise-wide finance function leadership experience.
• Cash management, liquidity planning, debt management expertise.
• Forecasting, budgeting, FP&A, and business planning processes.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory management, and operational performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Description

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Our client is seeking a hands-on CFO to lead their organization and serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO, leadership team, ownership group, lenders, and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will bring proven manufacturing finance leadership, deep expertise in cash flow and working capital management, forecasting, financial reporting, debt and covenant management, and operational finance. This leader must be equally comfortable driving strategy and rolling up their sleeves to improve processes, profitability, and financial discipline.

• Manufacturing finance and cost accounting
• Cash management and 13-week forecasting
• Budgeting, FP&A, and business forecasting
• Board, lender, and ownership communications

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a manufacturing organization of comparable size and complexity.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide finance functions.
• Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, working capital optimization, and debt management.
• Extensive experience building and managing robust forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory management, and operational performance analysis.
