Job summary

Legacy Search Advisors partners with a well-established, growing Specialty Construction / Development company seeking a hands-on CFO to lead its next phase of growth.

This is not an ivory-tower CFO role — you’ll own the accounting and finance function while partnering with leadership on strategy, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, KPI's, financial planning, process improvement, and business growth. Hybrid flexibility and CPA preference are noted.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on CFO experience with ownership of accounting and finance functions.
• Construction or project-based industry experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong cash flow, working capital and operational finance expertise.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting and finance function and partner with leadership on strategy.
• Lead forecasting, cash flow management, profitability analysis and financial planning.
• Drive KPI development, reporting and process improvements for growth.
• Mentor and develop the finance team as the company scales.
