Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial communications and capital markets for a public company.
• Experience mentoring high-performing teams.
• Experience leading high-visibility communications and crisis response programs.
• Experience translating complex financial, business, and technology topics into clear external narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial communications strategies for earnings releases, annual reports, investor conferences, and other market-facing events.
• Coordinate messaging with Investor Relations to ensure precise, consistent disclosures and messaging.
• Support investor messaging, releases and executive talking points related to results and corporate developments.
• Develop and maintain issues-response frameworks, holding statements, escalation processes, and scenario plans.
• Serve as a primary leader for crisis communications readiness, management, and execution.
• Lead enterprise and regional media programs that reinforce the brand narrative and strategy across payments, digital banking, and risk.
• Identify storytelling opportunities showcasing innovation and leadership while aligning with One Fiserv priorities.
• Travel approximately 20% for office visits and events.
