Job summary

Diné College at Tsaile Campus seeks a Vice-President of Finance & Administration to lead financial strategy and operations under the President. The role integrates budgeting, accounting, payroll, procurement, and grants management with policy development.

You will collaborate with IT, HR, facilities, and senior leaders to implement efficient processes and ensure compliance with GASB standards, while guiding long-term planning and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of accounting, budgeting, and financial statement prep under GASB.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with network apps and Jenzabar.

Responsibilities

• Supports the President in planning and managing college operations and finances.
• Directs annual budget development, enrollment/revenue estimates, staffing plans.
• Oversees IT and network infrastructure through the Director of IT.
• Oversees human resources processes, benefits, and risk management.
• Oversees facilities planning, renovation, and long-term capital projects.
• Oversees renovation and construction planning committees and land acquisition.
• Oversees auxiliary services, bookstore, vending, food service, and mail/postal.
• Prepares Board of Regents agendas and updates job descriptions; approves leave.
