Diné College in Tsaile, AZ seeks a Project Manager to lead institution-wide capital projects under the COO and the Office of the President. You will plan, coordinate, and report on budgets, timelines, and resource needs, guiding teams and vendors through complex renovations and new-build efforts.

You will develop project strategy, monitor progress weekly, prepare data for the Executive Team and Board of Regents, and ensure compliance with grant guidelines and procurement rules.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high-level management experience in Facility Management or related field for three (3) years or more.
• Experience with grant-funded capital improvement projects; state- and federal-funded programs; government procurement in major project experience required.
• Ability to interpret budgets and manage project costs.

• Develop, manage, and implement project schedule (25%).
• Assist with scope of work for major projects and bid/award process (25%).
• Plan and budget for grant-funded projects; manage resources (15%).
• Ensure adherence to grant and budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards (10%).
• Maintain project dates/status weekly; present updates to Executive Team and Board (10%).
• Track progress of materials and site logistics (5%).
• Coordinate site visits and inspections; liaise with college, vendor, and contractor (5%).
• Resolve conflicts and communicate with consultants/contractors; manage project phases (5%).
