Job summary

EmbedTek, a Waukesha, WI based embedded systems designer and manufacturer, seeks a Director of Finance and Administration to lead accounting, HR, IT, and facilities. You will develop financial models, drive strategic metrics, and partner with the CEO on long-term strategy.

The role involves supervising multiple departments, preparing budgets and forecasts, and overseeing legal relationships, ERP usage, and treasury activities to support growth and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 10+ years of hands-on accounting/finance experience.
• Over 5 years of public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in the financial area of a manufacturing/assembly business using an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, IT, and HR departments.
• Manage all financial, HR, IT, and facility aspects of the business.
• Complete month-end closing and related reporting.
