• Minimum ten years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience.
• Experience with ESOP governance and executive reporting is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Company financial strategy in alignment with CFO direction and objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting and multi-year projections tied to plans and workforce capacity.
• Drive the monthly close process to improve speed and accuracy for executive insight.
• Develop financial models based on operational drivers like utilization, backlog, and project mix.
• Provide financial governance and strategic input for growth, acquisitions, and investments.
