Job summary

Appalachia Service Project Inc. seeks a Vice President of Field Operations to oversee regional housing programs across five states, supervising regional directors and construction coordination to ensure quality, safety, and grant compliance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, cultivate partnerships with volunteers and community partners, and represent ASP at events to advance service delivery and program impact.

Qualifications

• Volunteer construction, home repair, or disaster recovery experience.
• Desire to work in a Christian environment.
• Experience with high-production model of service deployment.
• 10+ years successful supervisory experience.
• Successful management of multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional housing hubs and program delivery.
• Ensure quality, safety, and grant compliance across operations.
• Lead partnerships with volunteers, funders, contractors and communities.
• Manage budgets and staffing for field operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.
