Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Hospital Chief Executive Officer for CHI St. Vincent Sherwood Rehabilitation Hospital in Sherwood, AR.

This role directs operations, financial health, and strategic initiatives across the campus, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff engagement. You will lead a large, nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation network, with emphasis on compliance, performance, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related healthcare field preferred.
• Five years of management experience in healthcare, with 2–3 years in a senior management role.
• Oversee hospital operations, budget development, analysis and oversight, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess and enhance performance.
• Maintain financial stability and drive budget development and cost control.
• Lead marketing efforts to grow patient volume within the community.
• Take responsibility for patient census and actively participate in service lines.
• Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity across the patient environment and workplace.
