Job summary

United Surgical Partners International (USPI) seeks an experienced Chief Executive Officer to direct the MSO and affiliated surgical hospitals in the Oklahoma City area. The role oversees operations, financial performance, and strategic partnerships to deliver high-quality surgical services and positive patient outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive initiatives across marketing, clinical services, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. A master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Applicant must have Hospital (with emphasis on Surgical Division) or Surgical Hospital experience.
• Minimum ten to fifteen years of progressive experience in hospital or healthcare management, culminating in successfully leading a complex entity in a culturally diverse, competitive urban environment.
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all aspects of the MSO and surgical hospital operating functions, processes, and staff.
• Serve as liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and departments of the MSO and facilities.
• Lead and participate in Monthly Operations Review with USPI Home Office Business Operations team.
• Develop staffing, budgeting, and purchasing plans; ensure regulatory and contract compliance.
• Oversee quality improvement, infection control, and patient safety programs.
• Manage relationships with physicians, vendors, and external partners.

Education
