Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and control all operating functions, processes, and staff of the Surgical Hospital.
• Serve as liaison between Governing Board, Medical Staff, and facility departments.
• Plan services and operations; manage staffing and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with USPI policies, regulatory agencies, and accrediting bodies.
• Lead Monthly Operations Review with Home Office teams; oversee operational excellence.
