Job summary

ZERO-The End of Prostate Cancer is seeking a President & CEO to lead the organization’s vision, culture, and five-year strategic plan. You will oversee programmatic, public policy, health equity, fiscal, fundraising, marketing, operations, and technology strategies to sustain ZERO’s mission and legacy of organizational health.

The role requires guiding all executives and collaborating with the Board of Directors to set strategy, goals, and budgeting, while strengthening external relationships

• Lead all aspects of ZERO operations with a focus on long-term goals, growth and scalability.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the five-year strategic plan across programs, policy, fundraising, and operations.
