Job description

New Chief Executive Officer (CEO) opportunity with a well-established international company experiencing growth in the United States! Lead a company with an aggressive US growth plan and help spearhead its initial public offering in the future.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic and operational leadership, aligning with the company's global vision while adapting strategies for the US market. The CEO will collaborate closely with the board of directors and executive management to set and execute long-term goals, strategies, plans, and policies for the US branch. Essential experience includes Merger and Acquisitions (M&A), managing Profit and Loss (P&L), and taking a company public. Preference is given to candidates with experience in Fortune 501-2000 companies and international markets. The role is primarily onsite but offers flexibility for remote work with 25% onsite presence.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Ensure the company's vision, strategy, and growth initiatives align with global objectives while optimizing for the US market.
  2. Operations & Management: Oversee US operations, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  3. Financial Health: Manage financial activities including budgeting, reporting, and audits for the US entity.
  4. Business Development: Lead US sales and marketing efforts to expand the company's footprint.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with US clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  6. Organizational Culture & Talent Development: Promote company culture, talent acquisition, training, and retention strategies.
  7. Innovation: Foster innovation within the US operations, aligning with broader company innovation goals.
  8. Governance & Risk Management: Ensure US compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
  9. Communication: Represent the company to global teams, clients, investors, and the public.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Qualifications:
  1. Proven leadership experience as a CEO, CIO, CTO, COO, CFO, President, or Senior VP managing a P&L business unit within a large US company.
  2. Experience with M&A activities is mandatory.
  3. Experience managing Profit and Loss (P&L) is required.
  4. International business experience is essential.
  5. Prior experience at a Fortune 501-2000 company is highly preferred.
  6. Experience in taking a company public is required.
  7. Understanding of the global technology services landscape, especially in the US, is necessary.
  8. Track record of growing revenue to over $100 million.
  9. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  10. Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  11. Knowledge of US corporate governance and ethical business practices.
  12. Willingness to travel 25% for client and stakeholder engagements.
