You will be responsible for planning, financial management, quality improvement, HR, and daily operations to uphold the hospital's mission.

The CEO will oversee staff, ensure compliance with regulations, foster community relations, and drive fiscal stability, safety, and strategic growth while maintaining top-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in hospital leadership or CEO role in behavioral health or acute care.
• Experience turning around an organization and directing crisis and inpatient behavioral health services preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills necessary to instruct and comfort patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversees total hospital operation to achieve board and mission objectives.
• Participates with the board in charting the hospital's strategic direction and policy positions.
• Leads planning, financial management, quality improvement, HR, and daily operations.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and maintains effective relationships with staff, physicians, and the community.
