Three Rivers Midlands, located in Columbia, SC, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to oversee operations at their behavioral health facility. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day activities, ensure high quality care, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualified applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably a Master's, and a strong background in behavioral health management. The position offers competitive compensation and extensive benefits including a 401k plan and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree is preferred.
• Currently a behavioral executive or Director at a large acute care facility with a psychiatric department.
• Advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements related to behavioral health.

• Direct day-to-day operations and manage staff to assure high quality care.
• Ensure accreditation and regulatory agency guidelines are followed.
